The 46th Annual Panacea will be held September 11-13 outdoors at Pacelli Catholic High School. Panacea has grown into a great community-wide, family-friendly event. While this year's event will look very different, we are safely moving forward with plans for entertainment and live music, food, raffles, and a virtual silent auction. We did learn that our carnival vendor is not participating in any events this year, which will result in a net loss of at least $25,000, not factoring in the impact the carnival has on bringing people in to enjoy many other aspects of the event. We've also had to significantly scale back event hours and many other areas in an effort to prioritize our community's safety, even though we know it will result in a significant loss of income for an event that normally generates about $125,000.

Despite all that, the atypical circumstances this year has brought to light, and the uncertainty around what the future will hold, Pacelli Catholic Schools remains committed to providing the highest quality education to the diverse population of students and families we serve. That's where we need your help.

We're projecting a $50,000 gap in Panacea 2020 revenue - together, we can make up that gap! Our well known and loved event by community members and alumni, especially the Rashke boys (Bruce '76, Rich ’79, and Dan ‘83), will look very different this year without the carnival and three-full days jam packed with family fun. That's why we need your help to keep the spirit of Panacea alive! Not only is it a weekend of reconnecting with your classmates and reliving your fondest memories from walking the halls of Pacelli Catholic High School, but it's the largest annual fundraiser hosted by Pacelli Catholic Schools. In a typical year, we'd bring in nearly $125,000 - but this year is far from typical.
